Join us for a job site tour of the new Central Green Development in Lenexa’s City Center. This 48,000 SF mixed-use building will offer restaurant and commercial space on the first floor with office space above. It sits on 1.4 acres overlooking the cascading pools, natural vegetation, and architectural features of Central Green Park. Members of the design and construction teams will lead the tour and offer inside knowledge on the project, which is scheduled for completion this fall. As this is an active job site, please arrive by 3:45pm to collect PPE and prepare for the tour.
Required attire for the job site tour:
- Long pants
- Short sleeves (at minimum)
- Hard soled, closed-toed shoes
- No tennis shoes
- If you own PPE, please bring it for the tour. Otherwise it will be provided at the job site.
Following the tour, there will be a happy hour at Ignite Wood Fire Grill hosted by Crossland Construction, Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting, and Yaeger Architecture.
